Q: If I have a subscription for home delivery, do I also have access to SentinelSource.com?
A: Yes, if you are a home delivery subscriber, your subscription does include unlimited access to SentinelSource.com. You will just need to create an online account. If you need assistance setting up your account, please contact us at 603-283-0797 or send an email with your full name, address and phone number to circulation@keenesentinel.com.
Q: What do I do if I signed up for a subscription online and didn’t receive my confirmation email?
A: The email may have gone to your Junk (spam) folder, instead of your inbox. Check that folder, and if it’s not there, please contact us at 603-283-0797 or send an email with your full name, address and phone number to circulation@keenesentinel.com.

Q: What do I do if I clicked the “Forgot your password?”, but didn’t receive the email to reset my password?

Q: Why don’t I always receive fliers from certain companies and ‘The Parade’?
A: The quantities of inserts provided by advertisers varies greatly based on the percentage of the market the advertiser wishes to distribute to. Since most advertisers do not supply an adequate quantity of inserts for every Keene Sentinel distributed, there will be inconsistencies as to which inserts are in your newspaper from week to week. To state this another way, no Keene Sentinel newspaper will have every insert on any given day.
Q: When can I expect my newspaper to be delivered?
A: Monday through Friday, your paper will be delivered to you any time between 11AM and 5PM. The weekend edition on Saturday will be delivered to you by 8AM.
Q: How often is my card charged if I’m on the EZ Pay Program?
A: EZ Pay can be set up to charge your card every 4, 8, 13, 26 or 52 weeks.
Q: How much should I tip my driver, and how often?
A: It all varies, but on average customers will tip anywhere from 50¢ to $5 a week. Customer’s tip weekly, monthly, or yearly. Whatever is most comfortable and convenient for the customer. It’s all up to preference. The most important thing is to base the tip on the quality of service that you’re receiving.
Q: I receive ELF, and no longer wish to receive it. What do I need to do to stop it from being delivered to me?
A: Contact us at 603-283-0797 and let us know that you do not want to receive ELF, and we will notify the carrier for your area.
Q: I don’t currently receive ELF, but I would like to. What do I need to do to start having it delivered?
A: Contact us at 603-283-0797 and let us know that you don’t currently receive ELF but would like to. Provide us with your address, and we will notify the carrier in your area.
Q: When can I expect to receive the ELF each week?
A: Sometime between Thursday and Saturday.
Q: I’m going to be going on vacation, but I would still like to receive the papers that I won’t be home to receive, can I have them saved for when I return?
A: Yes, you can. Contact us at 603-283-0797 and provide us with the dates that you will be on vacation, and that you would like to have your papers saved for you while you’re away. Make sure to let us know when you will be returning, and we will have your driver restart your delivery on that date, as well as deliver your saved, back newspapers to you.
Q: I’m going to be going on vacation and I would like to stop my paper while I’m away. How can I do that?
A: Contact us at 603-283-0797 and provide us the date you want the paper stopped, and the date when you want the paper to start being delivered to you again.
Q: If we are experiencing inclement weather, such as winter storms, ice, flooding, hurricanes, etc., when can I expect to receive my newspaper?
A: Our drivers will do everything that they can to get your newspaper to you by the delivery deadline. However, if we are experiencing an extreme weather event, and the road conditions become dangerous, your driver will deliver your paper to you the following day. The safety of our drivers is always a concern. As a subscriber, you can always log into your online account to keep up with the latest news until your newspaper is delivered.
