Record-setting relay team

At the recent Meet of Champions for N.H. middle school track and field teams, the Keene Middle School’s 4x400 relay team had a scrapbook day, setting a meet and school record with its time of 3 minutes, 57.90 seconds. The members of the relay team are, from left, Erik Nolan, Cutler Ansevin-Allen, Seamus Howard and Victor Targett. The team had several other highlight moments, as Kamille Atkins placed third in the 200; Howard took fifth in the long jump; and Nola, after breaking the school record in the 200 with a time of 24.15 seconds at a regional championship a few days earlier, ran the day’s second-fastest time in that event.
