Gerrymandering: the practice of dividing or arranging a territorial unit into election districts in a way that gives one political party an unfair advantage in elections (www.merriamwebster.com/dictionary/gerrymandering).

It is shameful for the N.H. Senate to seek to group constituents in such a manner to reduce fair representation. The shapes and blobs created across the great state of New Hampshire are not designed for an individual elected candidate or official to visit, talk to and understand what constituents want or do not want.

This map further divides communities. It does not foster working together to do what is best for city or town, region or ward. It does not foster working with surrounding cities/towns/regions or wards.

Tearing down is easy. Building up is the hard work I hope my elected officials seek to do, regardless of party affiliation!
