ALSTEAD — Police are looking for a driver who they say left tire tracks on the grass at Millot Green on Saturday.

Alstead police said in a Facebook post Tuesday that a silver sedan with a sun roof, rear spoiler and “large white word in white lettering on the rear window” spun its tires on the dirt lot by Millot Green around 8:25 p.m. that day, then drove on and off the grass several times, damaging the grass and leaving ruts.

Several juveniles were at the gazebo at that time, according to the post.

Police are asking the public for any information about the driver of the silver car or the juvenile witnesses. The Alstead Police Department can be reached at 835-6277.

Alstead police said this morning that they had no update on the case.
