A local jury acquitted a Keene man of domestic-violence and trespassing charges after a trial last week.

Scott M. Tilton, 36, had faced three misdemeanor charges dating to July 2018. On Feb. 20, a Cheshire County Superior Court jury found him not guilty on all counts.

“I appreciate the jury’s attention and effort in reaching the verdict,” Richard Guerriero, Tilton’s lawyer, said by email. “Mr. Tilton is likewise appreciative and relieved that justice was served.”
