Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Spencer W. Rogers has retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving honorably for 28 years.
Rogers, the son of Philip W. Rogers of Walpole and Kathy L. Faxon of Alstead, is a 1988 graduate of Fall Mountain Regional High School in Langdon.
Rogers served in numerous locations throughout Europe, South America, the Middle East and South Asia, including Germany, Italy, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Brazil, Colombia, Curacao, Honduras, Peru, El Salvador, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. He also completed U.S.-based tours of duty in California, Texas, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio and Virginia.
He spent his first 11 years of service as an Air Force security policeman and then cross-trained to become a special agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. Rogers was last serving as Superintendent with 2nd Field Investigations Region, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va.
