A six-week online series to release anxiety and stress through yoga, mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy will start April 27 on Mondays from 11 a.m. to noon

The series will be led by Ditteke Ederveen-Gorman through Zoom and will implement low impact poses and meditation to help people overcome the physical and psychological symptoms of anxiety.
