The Grapevine Family & Community Resource Center in Antrim recently received a $42,000 operations grant from the N.H. Charitable Foundation. The non-profit organization will use the grant to further its mission of promoting family and community health and well-being through support, education and the sharing of resources, according to a news release.
“The New Hampshire Charitable Foundation and its donors have consistently funded Grapevine programs and operations for over two decades,” said The Grapevine’s Executive Director Melissa Gallagher. “Their support has not only made many of our programs possible, but has provided us with opportunities to grow and reach more people than ever before. We appreciate the Foundation’s desire to understand our organization, listen and respond to emerging needs, and invest in the critical support that will help kids, teens and families thrive in our region.”
“With this operational grant, we have an opportunity to further invest in our staff through training, compensation and other benefits,” Gallagher said. “We want to honor and recognize the important and quality work they do, while keeping our retention rate high.”
