The Monadnock Food Co-op in Keene will host a free virtual workshop called “Reboot Cooking Class” on Sunday, Jan. 2, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The workshop presenter is Lili Hanft, a Functional Nutritional Therapy practitioner.

Hanft will guide participants through kickstarting healthy eating habits by presenting three dishes: nutritious breakfast muffins, a creamy dairy-free dressing and a coconut curry fish soup. Hanft’s recipes are free of gluten, dairy and refined sugar and made from nutrient-dense whole foods.

Before the workshop, registrants will receive a handout with an ingredients list and recipes. Participants can make the recipes along with the presenter or choose to watch.
