The Golden Rod Grange No. 114 on Route 32 in Swanzey Center will be open to the public Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Swanzey Preservation Society has a wide range of activities planned, with a focus on farming, nature and the environment. Some of the activities include a gardening and pollinator table, farming and tractors, history tours, raffles and games. There will be a coloring contest and a pie-eating contest.

Cheshire Horse will be there with little chicks, members from Monadnock Regional High School Interact will be face painting, and the Keene Lion’s Club will be selling Duck Race entries. Check the Grange’s Facebook page for more details.
