Little help here

When she opened the shades in the morning on Feb. 3, Leslie Evans of Sullivan found this opossum hanging from a bird feeder shepherd’s hook at her home. Opossums are known to hang from their tails, but Evans discovered that the animal actually had its tail stuck in the hook. Using a shovel, Evans says she lifted the marsupial up to release its tail and placed it on the ground. The opossum ran under the minivan and on to freedom — and hopefully learned to be a little more careful when climbing a shepherd’s hook.
