As it celebrates its 200th anniversary, a Bennington paper mill has announced the hire of two new members of its sales and marketing team.

Troy Hill joins Monadnock Paper Mills as one of two new senior sales manager. He is based in Leander, Texas, and joins the team with significant experience as a sales professional, including more than 20 years in narrow- and wide-format digital printing platforms.

The other new senior sales manager, Michelle Jambor, lives in Dowagiac, Mich. She has more than 25 years of experience in direct sales and territory management in technical/specialty papers.

“There are significant growth opportunities for Monadnock’s technical/specialty and digital printing papers,” Brendan Lesch, vice president of sales and marketing at Monadnock Paper Mills, said in a news release. “Troy and Michelle are well positioned to help us achieve our aggressive sales objectives.”

Monadnock Paper Mills is the oldest continuously operating paper mill in the U.S., according to the release, and offers a portfolio of products ranging to technical/specialty papers to premium printing and packaging papers.
