Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services’ adult daycare center has a new nurse administrator.
In that capacity, Mary Lucas will oversee all aspects of care at HCS’ Castle Center Life Enrichment Day Program, according to a recent news release from the nonprofit organization. That includes health monitoring, therapeutic activities and a new series that she implemented to support family caregivers, HCS Care Talks.
Lucas, a registered nurse, has held various positions at HCS over the past 19 years, most recently as supervisor of the licensed nurse assistant program.
The Castle Center, a Monadnock United Way agency, is at 312 Marlboro St. in Keene and is open to all area seniors who may need assistance during the day. It is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
