With almost two decades of experience in the bank’s loan operations, an Alstead woman recently earned a promotion at the Savings Bank of Walpole.
Kathleen Dustin has worked at the Walpole-based bank since 2002, according to a recent news release. She came on board as a loan support specialist, the release notes, and she has since worked her way up the ladder through several roles. After this promotion, she is now a loan operations officer. In that capacity, Dustin will oversee the loan operations team for mortgage processing and loan servicing.
“We’d like to congratulate Kathleen on this well-deserved promotion,” bank President Mark Bodin said in the release. “She’s been an important member of the SBW lending team for many years and she brings a great deal of knowledge and expertise to her new role.”
Dustin lives in Alstead with her husband, Alan, according to the release, and is involved with several community organizations, including Kurn Hattin Homes for Children, where she volunteers with the Parent Cottage students each month.
