Rick’s Gourmet Ice Cream celebrates its 15th anniversary this month.

Rick’s opened in March 2003 in what is now the Center at Colony Mill. It moved to its current location at 58 Key Road in Keene, next to Five Guys, in 2012.

Rick’s serves frozen custard soft-serve ice creams and boasts a menu of more than 50 flavors of hard-serve, with plans to add more this spring, plus gluten- and dairy-free options. The ice cream parlor also offers the 32-ounce “Monstah” milkshake, which it says is the biggest in the state, in any of its flavors and this past year added a line of Flavor Burst soft-serve.

In a news release, owner Rick Fulwider and staff extended their thanks to the customers and community that have supported the business in its first 15 years.
