MC2 Charter School and the Keene Young Professionals Network are teaming up to present a Powerpoint improv comedy show called “Let It Slide” at the Colonial Showroom on Saturday, Aug. 6.

Eight local “celebrities” will take the stage to improvise a wedding toast, a stump speech, a college lecture or an infomercial, on a topic they have never seen before. The winner is chosen by the crowd, with the money raised by these votes to be given to a non-profit organization of each competitor’s choosing. Proceeds from ticket sales will support the students of Making Community Connections (MC2) Charter School in Keene.
