KEENE, N.H. — Radically Rural, a two-day Keene-based summit held for the first time in 2018 — and was host to 544 professionals from 21 states — will be held this year on September 19 and 20, 2019. In addition to its original roster of five tracks — Arts & Culture, Journalism, Entrepreneurship, Main Street and Working Lands — the summit will include a sixth track, Renewable Energy. Each program track offers four individual sessions with topics ranging from stage 2 business, B-Corps, and multi-media storytelling. This year’s summit will include topics that will range from the Burning Man Festival to electric vehicle infrastructure to moving toward 100 percent renewable energy and climate resiliency. The 2nd annual “PitchFork Challenge” will also be held during the Radically Rural summit, and will offer a $10,000 cash prize to the winning business pitch.
