Christopher Dunton, 28, of 66 North Main St., No. 18, Troy, simple assault, Aug. 14, Troy, bail set at $2,000, case continued.

Daniel E. Burgess, 53, of 20 Brattleboro Road, No. 1, Hinsdale, receiving stolen property, two counts; possession of drug paraphernalia, Nov. 17, Keene, bail set at $1,000, cases continued.

Nicholas Caswell, 19, of 43 Cross St., No. 3, Keene, theft all other, Nov. 10, Keene, bail set at $1,000, case continued.

Jaycee L. Allen, 33, of 40 Brook St., Keene, disorderly conduct, Nov. 16, Keene, case continued for trial.

Jacob Rook, 19, of Newport, illegal possession of alcohol, Nov. 15, Keene, pleaded guilty, fined $744, with $344 to pay, the remainder to be paid through 40 hours of community service, license revoked for

six months.

Cameron P. Kirwin, 20, of South Hampton, possession of marijuana; illegal possession of alcohol, Nov. 18, Keene, pleaded guilty, cases continued for sentencing.

Peter D. Spanos, 19, of Westford, Mass., illegal

possession of alcohol, Nov. 16, Keene, pleaded guilty, fined $372.

Alexandra D. Abbate, 19, of 40 Route 12A, Surry, illegal possession of alcohol, Nov. 16, Keene, pleaded guilty, fined $372.

Robert P. Goguen, 20, of Acton, Mass., illegal possession of alcohol, Oct. 20, Keene, pleaded guilty, fined $372.

Donovan C. Mikels, 20, of 794 Court St. No. E, Keene, illegal possession of alcohol, Nov. 9, Marlborough, pleaded guilty, case continued for sentencing.

John Preterotti, 32, of 16 East St., North Walpole, simple assault, Dec. 17, North Walpole, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 96 days, suspended on condition of one year good behavior.

Rebekah-Anne M. Labrecque, 22, of 76 Old Walpole Road, Keene, possession of psilocybin mushrooms; DWI, Dec. 21, Keene, cases continued.

Scott R. Labrie, 23, of 552 Washington St., Keene, possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia, Nov. 20, Keene, failed to appear, arrest warrant issued.

Jacob R. Cheverie, 19, of Laconia, resisting arrest or detention; littering; disorderly conduct; illegal possession of alcohol, Nov. 30, Keene, failed to appear,

arrest warrant issued.

Justin A. Bean, 19, of 77 Sullivan St., Keene, conduct after an accident, Oct. 16, Keene, case continued for trial.

Tyler J. Grant, 20, of Winsted, Conn., illegal possession of alcohol, Oct. 20, Keene, pleaded guilty, fined $372; driver’s license prohibitions, charge dismissed.

A Keene woman was sentenced Jan. 7 in 8th Circuit Court District Division in Keene to serve time in the Cheshire County jail.

Trinity W. Griffin, 23, of 114 Marlboro St, Keene, pleaded guilty to theft by deception from Aug. 9 and 15 in Keene. She was sentenced to 360 days, 350 days suspended on condition of two years good behavior, and ordered to serve 10 days on weekends.

She was also ordered to pay restitution for the checks written plus an additional 15 percent to TD Bank, People’s United and Savings Bank of Walpole.

Nichole Oates, 34, of 114 Meadow View Road No. 4, Rindge, negligent homicide; aggravated DWI, Jan. 5, Jaffrey, bail set at $5,000, cases continued.

Deanna L. Cornellier, 19, of 112 Gilsum St., No. 2, Keene, theft all other, Nov. 9, Keene, pleaded guilty, fined $310, ordered to pay restitution of $39.

Hannah Wiley, 19, of 79 Wilbur St., Keene, theft, Nov. 9, possession of marijuana, Nov. 26, Keene, pleaded guilty, case continued for sentencing; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

Brandon J. Ray, 23, of Putney, Vt., vandalism, June 15, Keene, pleaded guilty, fined $310.
