Keene heroin dealer sentenced to prison time

A Keene drug dealer was sentenced to prison time after pleading guilty to a litany of charges recently in Cheshire County Superior Court.

Kevin Harris, 37, was sentenced to three to seven years in N.H. State Prison on three counts of selling heroin, repeat offense, from September 2011. He was fined $500, plus court fees, for each conviction, and was ordered to pay restitution of $160, plus court fees, to the N.H. Drug Task Force in each case. He was credited with 225 days served while awaiting resolution of his case.
