MARLBOROUGH — Selectmen say they’re happy a years-long court case is over, after the N.H. Supreme Court denied a resident’s appeal to reconsider a ruling that selectmen had not violated an order to follow the state’s Right-to-Know Law.
Resident Lorretta J. Simonds appealed her case to the Supreme Court last year after Cheshire County Superior Court Judge Philip P. Mangones ruled that she failed to prove the selectmen weren’t complying with the Right-to-Know Law.
