SWANZEY CENTER — A Monadnock Regional School District policy, which requires everyone — even school officials — seeking information from the district to submit requests in writing under New Hampshire’s Right-to-Know law, has cost the district thousands in administrators’ work-time.

But school officials say there are benefits to the uniformity the policy requires.
