SWANZEY CENTER — Saying fewer students need their services, Monadnock Regional School District officials plan to cut close to a quarter of the district’s paraprofessionals as part of staffing changes that could cost more than 30 people their jobs.
Of the 33 positions on the chopping block, more than half are filled by paraprofessionals assigned to work with special education students.
