ALSTEAD — Leona J. Berger moved to what’s now the Well Hill Co-op 27 years ago. Now, the 83-year-old is fighting tooth and nail for the right to stay put.

Berger and her daughter, Shelley L. Crosby, also of Alstead, are embroiled in a legal battle to allow Berger to stay in her home after the mobile-home park’s board of directors issued her an eviction notice.
