Appel Way

A paved trail through a mile of woodlands. Connects to the Jonathan Daniels Trail.

Ashuelot Rail Trail

A 21.2 mile trail which follows the route of the former Ashuelot Railroad. Begins at Emerald Street in Keene and can be followed to Hinsdale.

Cheshire Rail Trail

An almost 33 mile trail that ends at the New Hampshire-Massachusetts state line. Passes through Troy and Fitzwilliam.

Goose Pond Loop

A woodland trail that loops around Goose Pond. Located off East Surry Road.

Horatio Colony Preserve

A forested area off West Hill featuring 3.5 miles of hiking trails.

Jonathan Daniels Trail

A 0.9 mile trail that travels the length of the Ashuelot River Park.

OUTSIDE KEENE

Common Pathway

A 6.5 mile trail from Peterborough to Hancock.

The Harris Center for Conservation Education

A nature preserve located in Hancock featuring multiple light-hiking trails.

Monadnock Rail Trail

A 7.2 mile trail starting near Webster Street in Jaffrey.
The trail follows the path of the former Monadnock Railroad, ending at the New Hampshire-Massachusetts border.

Monadnock-Sunapee Greenway Trail

A 48 mile trail sprawling from Mt. Monadnock to Lake Sunapee.
Hiking experience strongly recommended.

Wapack Trail

A 21.5 mile trail running north-south over 6 different mountains, starting at North Pack Monadnock in Greenfield.
