Family Service Coordinator ~ Claremont area. PathWays of the River Valley, a human services agency serving individuals who experience developmental disabilities, has a full time opening for a Family Service Coordinator. Family Service Coordinators work in a team environment, assisting individuals (primarily adults) by providing service coordination and advocacy while linking them to existing community and state resources. This is a salaried position. Bachelor’s degree in human services and case management experience required.

Direct Support Providers ~ Provide direct support for individuals in Sullivan or Lower Grafton County. HS diploma/GED, auto and insurance required. Relevant experience helpful, training provided. Full time with varied schedules, and a shift differential for nights.
